Welcome to "Haixun" (大海巡時代, "the Game"). By playing, you agree to these terms and to the Game's Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The Game is a free multiplayer browser game: players build a boat, sail out, and interact, chat, play board games and race with other real players. Once two players mutually follow each other in the Game, they can see each other's Threads profile (and Instagram, if the player chooses to share it). There is no paid content.
2. Accounts and Threads login
- Log in with Threads is optional and is used to show a "✅ verified" badge on your name tag. The Game is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
- The Game never posts, likes or follows on Threads on your behalf; to follow someone, do it yourself in Threads.
- If you enter a Threads or Instagram username without logging in, it must be your own; impersonation is not allowed.
- Logging in with Threads requires meeting Threads' age and usage requirements. The Game is not directed at children under 13.
3. Rules of conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk or bully other players;
- impersonate any person or account;
- upload or send sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights (including copyright and likeness);
- spam, scam or share malicious links;
- use cheats or bots, or attack the servers or disrupt the Game;
- collect other players' data for any other purpose.
You can block or report a player by tapping their boat. The operator may remove violating content, disconnect, or ban players who break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to the profile photo, sail image, and share text and images you upload, and you allow the Game to display them to other players in the Game. You must have the right to use that content.
5. Disclaimer
- The Game is provided "as is" and may be paused or interrupted for maintenance, usage limits or other reasons. Features may change or end at any time.
- Game data is stored in your browser; clearing browser data or switching devices may lose it.
- Other players are responsible for their own conduct and content. Please take care when interacting with other players outside the Game.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Game is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
6. Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
